SONGZ held a ceremony to launch the mass production of CO2 heat pump air-conditioning units

At 9:00 a.m. on August 4, the activity of mass production of CO2 heat pump air-conditioning unit of SONGZ. was held in the workshop of bus division , No.4999, Huaning Road. Dr. Huang Guoqiang, Vice President Mr. Cui Changhai led the management team of Bus Business Division and members of the project team to participate in this activity.

The main designer of the project of CO2 heat pump, Bai Feiya, made a project-related introduction, carbon dioxide heat pump air conditioning unit by the technology center of the bus division carbon dioxide heat pump air conditioning development team independent research and development, the project was established in 2019 by the first main designer, Xing Yanqing, to enter a new field of innovation is destined to face a lot of difficulties, in the company and the business unit under the leadership of the strong support of the development team to strengthen the confidence, grit their teeth, and work together! It took three years to overcome the difficulties and finally made a successful breakthrough.

Dr. Huang Guoqiang congratulated SONGZ on the mass production of CO2 air conditioners and expressed his gratitude to the development team for their efforts and contributions to the company's business expansion in new fields, pointing out that China's national strategy of dual-carbon emission reduction will be launched in 2021, and that refrigerants are about to be frozen for production and consumption in 2024, and the substitution of refrigerants is imminent. The bus division launched the development of CO2 heat pump air conditioner for trams in 2019, and it took three years to have the first mass production off the line, which is a milestone for SONGZ and also for the bus air conditioning industry, and will be followed up by the implementation of supply chain assurance and after-sales service capacity building.
