Fully automatic robot core assembly line
Fully automatic robotic assembly lines can meet the diverse production requirements of multiple batches and small batches of production lines. They can execute tasks faster and more accurately, improve production efficiency, and shorten production cycles. Robots have high precision and stable working performance, which can ensure that products maintain the same quality standards.

Compressor production line
In 2016, SONGZ officially established the Compressor Division and built a standardized compressor production line. SONGZ takes the development of electric compressors as the primary task, and gradually develops variable displacement compressors and fixed displacement compressors. SONGZ integrates global resources, independently develops, and builds a first-class technical team for compressor production.

CNC bed
CNC beds have a high degree of automation, eliminating the need for marking, multiple clamping and positioning, inspection and other processes and their auxiliary operations, effectively improving production efficiency. CNC BED machining has high precision and stable quality. The machining size accuracy is between d0.005-0.01mm, and is not affected by the complexity of the parts. Since most of the operations are completed automatically by the machine, the size of batch parts is improved. Position detection devices are also used in precision-controlled machine tools to further improve the accuracy of precision CNC machining and maintain the quality of the processed parts.

Laser cutter
Laser cutting utilizes a light beam for high-precision, fast metal cutting with minimal material waste (automatic nesting) and smooth edges. Unlike traditional methods, it avoids contact with the workpiece, resulting in a burr-free, high-quality cut with minimal heat distortion. Additionally, it offers broad design flexibility and eliminates the need for molds, making it a cost-effective and time-saving solution.

Brazing furnaces
Brazing furnaces can be used for metal brazing and bright heat treatment. It can be used for mass production of small and medium-sized stainless steel parts, for bright quenching and tempering of martensitic stainless steel, and bright annealing of austenitic stainless steel. The brazing furnace has a finely divided and reasonably designed heating furnace zone, and can be adjusted with high-precision software parameters. The temperature control accuracy of the brazing furnace is extremely high (±1°C), and the temperature uniformity of the brazing zone is within ±2°C, which ensures the sensitive and critical temperature requirements for brazing.

Workshop
The workshop is equipped with a series of advanced equipment, including fully automatic production and assembly lines, automatic helium leak detection lines, automatic processing lines for static and dynamic turbines, and high-speed fin machines. This enables SONGZ to have extremely high production efficiency and become a digitalized intelligent benchmark manufacturing factory.
