Detailed Technical Introduction of the SZQ Series Bus Air Conditioner

1. Beautiful Appearance

SZQ series air conditioner adopts thin design, the thickness of the air conditioner is 188mm, which is lower than the thickness of the current conventional air conditioner, which meets the requirements of the bus for the height control of the air conditioner. In addition, the appearance of the air conditioner is designed to be streamlined, which is in line with modern aesthetics and has a beautiful and fashionable appearance.

2. Lightweight design

The condenser uses a parallel flow core. The condenser base is designed as an inverted V-shaped frame without bottom shell structure. The evaporator assembly air duct adopts an innovative bottom shell integrated bending structure. Through the above methods, the weight of the air conditioner is greatly reduced.

3. Efficient heat transfer

In the design of the flow path of the parallel flow condenser, the high temperature area of the internal refrigerant corresponds to the area of the condenser's frontal wind speed. The heat resistance of the high temperature difference and the reasonable design of the process length are used to reduce the flow resistance. thereby increasing the heat of the condenser and exchange ability so as to maximize the efficiency of parallel flow heat exchangers.

4. Environmental protection

Compared with traditional tube-fin condensers, the SZQ series uses optimized parallel flow cores and optimization of air conditioning system piping. These helps to reduce the refrigerant charge by 40%. Thereby reducing the impact of refrigerant leakage on the environment.

1. Defroster and Air conditioning in Driver's cabin

The defroster, and AC in driver's cabin can be installed according to customer's requirement, to provide a comfortable environment for the driver.

2. Integrated central control technology

The integration of the control panel and the vehicle instrumentation is convenient for the centralized layout of vehicle control. The remote control function of product control is added to facilitate customer operation management.

3. Plumbing and heating technology

The water heating pipe can be led out from the core of the evaporator to realize the heating function of the air conditioner and meet the requirements of the ambient temperature in the bus in the cold area.
